Liz loves uncovering what makes clients and businesses tick and rooting out the barriers that get in the way of success. Committed to creating business change from the bottom up, her biggest buzz comes from seeing people, teams and businesses grow, develop and succeed. She has spent half her career in senior Sales and Marketing roles in large multinational businesses and the other half leading capability consultancies.

A partner in the business, Giuseppe is a born communicator with a passion and flair for his work that comes through in everything. Helping people grow is key and he isn’t precious about how he gets them there. What really matters to him is leading and creating challenging, informative, motivating and enjoyable learning programmes that lead to professional & personal change. Giuseppe has worked with large multi-national businesses including Tesco, IKEA, Mars, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and Canon.

Jed Kenrick

Jed has 20 years leadership experience in HR, Operations, Commercial and General Management roles in multi £bn UK and multinational businesses. He specialises in strategy, leadership and building sales and operational capability. He began his career at Mars and has picked up valuable hints, tips and experience leading businesses at PepsiCo, Dyson, Uniq, Rentokil and Travis Perkins.

Dan is an experienced FMCG marketer having worked with brands including Dorset Cereals, Mr Kipling, Heinz, Cafepod, Good Hemp and The Wine Society. Dan has 20+ years client-side experience and 5 years in consultancy. He is passionate about helping ambitious brands succeed in delivering commercial results through the development of insightful and effective strategy and regularly works with businesses leading, or mentoring teams in, the development of their proposition and strategy. He loves facilitating businesses to success.

Tim specialises in business and brand strategy, cultural transformation and business delivery.

Liz Little

Liz began her career in advertising, where for over 20 years she worked closely with clients including Tesco, Coca Cola and Diageo on award-winning national and international consumer campaigns. She left to pursue her particular interest in helping businesses create and deliver value for their customers in roles at Dr Foster and recently as Chief Commercial Officer at leading digital consumer research agency, Sparkler, part of PA Consulting. Liz has also supported Barts Charity and The Marketing Academy Foundation.

Paul has a passion for coaching and developing functional competencies. He is an experienced coach and facilitator having run training and coaching programmes for some of the world’s largest blue-chip companies in different geographies, cultures and languages. He has in-depth, senior management experience in a wide range of different commercial functions from sales and business development, corporate/brand marketing, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture business management as well as start-up business successes.

Jo is a global insight specialist with an inherent passion for understanding consumer behaviour and over 20 years’ experience leading insight generation, illumination and application. Jo has an impressive reputation for her work, which spans the globe with some of the best known companies, including Nestlé, Shell, Canon, Danone, PepsiCo and Audi. She is on the editorial board of the International Journal of Market Research and is also a senior teaching fellow at Portsmouth University.

Fiona works as an integral member of the extended client team working closely with clients to ensure all things financial run smoothly. She also manages the data flow within the business. Annabel loves making things tick. She keeps us organised and leads the co-pilots for all our learning programmes – large or small, face to face or virtually. She loves nothing more than making sure everything runs smoothly and our clients are delighted with their experience. She has built up extensive knowledge of dealing with clients and organising events having started her career as an air steward before running her own wedding planning business.

Anita has run her own virtual PA business for the past 18 years supporting multiple businesses across multiple continents and has a passion for organising on many levels.

Judy Lahner

Judy is a seasoned global Marketer with significant experience as both client and consultant. She spent 16 years in local, regional and global Marketing roles at Unilever, Playtex, Reckitt Benckiser and Crayola. Judy spent a further 12 years in global consulting practices operating at a senior client level. Judy has developed a passion and  expertise in capability having worked with world class clients in the Leisure, Retail, Financial Services, Pharma and FMCG sectors. Judy has a degree in Economics and is married with a young son. She spends her spare time trying to keep fit and is walking the length of the River Thames.
